Connor has been creating AI solutions for businesses since 2018. As Founding Head of Product and Engineering at the venture-backed ecommerce company Because Market, he led the platform from $0 to mid-8-figure annual revenue in 5 years. He developed a pre-ChatGPT AI solution that connected to the company’s customer data and spoke with customers via telephone and SMS.

Nitasha has been developing AI solutions for businesses since 2022. She has led product, ux, digital experience, strategy and transformation for Fortune 1 and 500 businesses.

At Apple, she led strategy and development of intuitive and seamless digital shopping experiences for iPhone, Apple Watch, and Apple TV.

At Sephora, Nitasha architected the next-generation infrastructure that powers the Beauty Insider Loyalty program used by millions of shoppers. She also introduced a new premium tier to the loyalty program: VIB Rouge. She led the development, omni-channel experience, and gamification structure for VIB Rouge.

Nitasha founded Fusible in 2023 to put AI expertise and digital experience strategy to work for other businesses.
